OH Pizza and Wings

Okay let me start this by saying I normally devour spicy foods, and am unbothered by them. I love the flavor and the taste. So I went ahead and ordered the There will be tears boneless wings and let me tell you them suckers are HOT. They definitely lived up to their name, I was not prepared haha!! I have never been unable to finish a plate a food due to spice level until today. I am genuinely impressed. The wings were delicious I just could not handle the heat!! I probably couldve handled my mouth beginning to go numb until I got sauce in my tonsils and that was truly an unbearable feeling I never want to experience again. BUT IT TASTED SO GOOD!!! THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW I AM IMPRESSED LOL. Besides me being unable to handle the spice, the wings were that perfect crispness that you want on the outside of a wing I loved it. I would order here again for sure!! ... just more mild sauce our delivery guy rocked also!! He was quick and had everything ready in a insulated bag.

I order from OH Pizza and Wings a lot. This was the first time they ever made a mistake. I still have them 5 stars because they handled the issue with just as much satisfaction. When I called they found my order quickly and said they would call Grubhub themselves to handle the situation and have my bill revised. Within minutes I got a confirmation email stating my total was changed. Then a few minutes later the restaurant called me back to apologize again and make sure I knew I was refunded. This is how all order errors should be handled. I was very pleased. Kindness and an apology can go a long way.

I usually dont write reviews but this place is great! They always get my order correct and the delivery is usually early by about 20mins before the estimation and all if the drivers have been amazing. Its nice because Im not able to leave to get my food while at work and they always follow the delivery instructions so I dont have to leave the front desk at all. The food here is amazing. I havent ordered something than I havent loved. The wings are awesome and you have to get their awesomesauce at least once! So glad I decided to give them a try!

Food was amazing as usual. Had a small hiccup with the app. It did not update that the driver had picked up the food. I am chalking it up to him being new, because he was very nervous that he might not deliver exactly at 6pm, so he sped to my residence to get there on time. He did not know there is a 10 minute buffer. I applaud him on trying to make a good impression on the grubhub community, but I really hope he didnt speed over the limit by too much.

Always get my order correct and on time and delivered with a smile. Only real improvement I would suggest is in regards to ordering through grub hub: not every item has a description so it's hard if you don't already know whats in it. I've so far enjoyed everything I've ordered, I'm just more likely to try different things if I knew what was in them. Keep up the good work!

The food really takes me back to the little mom and pop pizza places in my home town, and that excellent and fresh taste. You do NOT want to pass up on dessert from here. The deep fried stuff is amazing. 10/10
